Primary Job will involve -

Recruitment of Business Partners
Recruitment of Advisors
Meeting the Business Targets
Training and Development of Partners and Advisors
Achievement of monthly, quarterly & yearly business plans.
Team Building and Development through various activities to ensure a healthy business flow for the organization.
