Desired Candidate Profile
Create initial asset records
Create, Maintain and Update information and accuracy in the asset repositories
Allocate and distribute asset costs to business units by assigning correct cost centre
Maintain fixed asset records
Initiate actions required to close open asset variances
Correlate contract information to asset repository records
Financial management of IBM and client owned assets
Management of initial purchase and asset refresh
Administration of warranty periods
Maintenance of contracts and leases
Monthly asset reports to client
Procurement of both Hardware Requests
Facilitate Inventory Capture and annual Physical Inventory Taking(PIT) as required
Conduct Weekly Data Integrity QA of new product records - Ensuring industry standards are met and product is correctly defined.
Manage contracts and relationships to maximize value creation and costs for software licensing, maintenance, and service offerings.
Education:
UG: Any Graduate
