Must have atleast 1+ year working with a Manufacturing company.

Should be well versed with ESI, PF and payroll tracking systems

Should know atleast 5 local languages like English, Kannada, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil or Malayalam

Must be presentable and good in communication

Should be able to handle labor and contract employees

Good with MS Excel and PPT
