We are currently hiring freshers for Technical Support Process for one of the leading companies

Designation: Technical Support Office / Sr. Technical Support Officer

Location: Delhi / Gurgaon

Shifts: Rotational Shifts

Salary: Upto 40K

5 Days working

Both Sides Cabs

Handling calls from international customer
Troubleshooting issues over the call and remote
Identifying the root cause of issue and ensuring proper resolutions
Building rapport with the customers
Ensuring proper follow ups to make sure customer is not facing any further problems
