• Handle client communication with respect to candidate status and onboarding new positions
• Independently source candidates using tools like in-house database, career portals, open search, company mapping, social media tools
• Follow-through candidates throughout the entire recruitment life cycle
• Add value to the overall practice of recruitment by demonstrating efficiency in work practice
• Execute target oriented assignments
• Should have demonstrated excellence in recruiting mid-senior level positions
• Should come from a headhunting mindset
• Maintain an exclusive MIS for candidate details and status of candidates/positions
