1.End to end responsibility of Urban Jio Point operations and customer lifecycle management. 2.Acquire and connect customer premises as per target
3.Home care as per SLA
4.Acquire building permissions as per target
5.Ensure correct information about homes and buildings for the respective Urban Jio Points in Jio system
