Technical Architect - Cloud Infra - Canada (work online/ up to 200,000 INR monthly, or your salary + 15%)
Company Information:
EW Inc (Empowertheworld.ca) is proud to announce, that the programming courses for kids costing 25000$ per year is now sponsored and will be on EW Inc YouTube channel, named Empowertheworldinc, see the first intro lecture on YouTube, the training will be free-for-ever showing kids how to develop games, program robotics, IoT projects, Web and App development, the project is named coding-for-free-zero-to-hero program, it is taught in 10 languages, which includes English, Chinese, Hindi, Arabic, Russian, Spanish, Persian, French, German, Italian & Japanese.
The courses will start on Nov-2020, students will be provided free .com domains, hosting for testing their website, and licensed antivirus, search empowertheworldinc on YouTube to connect and watch the first lecture to get the full detail.
Please kindly read the steps below with full attention so that we are on the same page and see a result out of our effort.
Step 1 to know:
- we are hiring 25 new technical architects, if you qualify, you will get 15% added to your existing salary (provided you can prove it by providing your contract + Bank statement and salary slip), please note our minimum salary starts with 100,000 INR, if your salary is below, you will at least get 100,000 INR monthly.
- We have multiple partners all over India, your contract/office will be provided through them, once you are approved.
- Know that if you are a super expert and already have a great job, but want to involve on a project basis, later on we will advertise Project-based-consultants, we have a few consultants in India who completes 40 hours of work by working 20 hours during week days (8:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST) and 20 hours on weekends (check empowertheworld.ca) this will be advertised, if you want to send your documents now, mention in the subject Tech Arch Cloud Infra PB)
- Finally if you are a very good Architect on one domain only lets say AWS or Azure, you can send your docs and name the subject as AWS Architect or Azure Architect, we will get to you when required

Step 2 to know :
- We are looking for at least 12 years of of Industry experience in the cloud (Azure and AWS), how we find it? using Projects-list, you need to create a separate Ms.word document, mention all major projects, scope, duration, your role, if you just send your resume without projects list You will not be considered at all, before you get the job offer, some related projects/references/salary history checks will be done, so be informed.
Step 3 to know:
- We prefer Azure & AWS Architect certifications, If you have valid related certifications, attach them with your resume.

Step 5 to know:
- you are the one who takes care of techno-commercial proposal preparation and presentation creation/modification skills as necessary and effectively communicate the solution to customer by presentations, product demonstration & documentation including architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts, and deployment.
- You are technical, customer facing role that is accountable for the end-to-end customer cloud deployment experience.
List of your key responsibilities :
- Understand business needs, define service delivery framework, and provide accurate solution
- Assist with solving technical problems when they arise
- Evaluate solution feasibility, prepare technical design document, customer presentation, project scope and budget
- Work with customer and business users, help define strategy, service framework and drive the technical team towards successful project deliveries.
- Bring in subject matter expertise and hands on experience in some of the following key cloud platforms
- Microsoft 365Security & Compliance
- Microsoft Messaging Platform
- Microsoft Unified Communication with Specialization in Telephony and PSTN networking
- Microsoft 365 Identity Platform
- Microsoft 365 Collaboration Platform
- Microsoft Endpoint Management
- Hybrid Infrastructure and Cloud Migrations
- Implementing experience with primary AWS (EC2, ELB, RDS, Lambda, API Gateway Route53 & S3).
- Strong programming skills in Java and/or Python.
- Must demonstrate strong technical and business thought leadership with effective communication skills, participating in the events, contribute to organization's digital marketing, and conduct technology workshops.
Key Skills Requirements:
The incumbent is expected to bring in Subject Matter Expertise in any 3 of the following platforms, having a fair knowledge in others.
- Microsoft Messaging Platform
- Expertise in Microsoft Exchange On-prem and Hybrid
- Exchange Online and compliance solutions
- Must have accomplished large enterprise email migration to O365
- Expert Knowledge of migration tools
Unified Communication Platform o Skype/SFB Online/Microsoft TEAMS communication with Telephony
- Expert knowledge on Telephony and 3rd party integration on PSTN Networking
- Migration from different communication platform, integration across globally spread topologies
- Knowledge on Enterprise Voice communication solution, IP Telephony, SIP trunking, VOIP, 3rd party call manager, CISCO UCS and equivalent products
Microsoft 365 Security and Compliance Platform
- Azure Active Directory Premium (AADP)
- Azure Information Protection (AIP)
- Microsoft Defender ATP (MDATP)
- Intune and Device Management o Microsoft CASB
Core Infrastructure & Migrations
- Expertise in PowerShell Automation
- Active Directory, Access Management, Federation Service and 3rd Party Identity providers.
- Knowledge on Azure Infrastructure, IAAS and PAAS
- Designing complex Microsoft Cloud Hybrid Deployment and Migration.
Tools
- Quest, Binary Tree, AvePoint, BitTitan, Windows PowerShell
- Preference if worked on DevOps tools, e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet, Jenkins, Kubernetes, Docker, Git
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor's degree in computer application / Computer Science, B. Tech. (IT) / MCA, M. Tech in Computer Science.
