JOB DESCRIPTION:
1) Manage end to end recruitment cycle for IT positions.
2) Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives.
3) Prepare and post jobs to appropriate job portal.
4) Source and attract candidates by using databases, social media, networking etc.
5) Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
6) Knowledge of head hunting, using social networking sites for sourcing
7) Fluent in using job portals
8) Excellent in communication
9) comfortable in campus recruitment, lateral hiring.
10) Should be MBA in Human Resources
