This is an opportunity to join a successful and fun loving team as a Recruiter who focuses on making top-level placements in the Cloud Technology Space.As a US Recruiter, you will be involved with a full cycle recruiting process - attracting, screening, selecting, and on boarding qualified and suitable personnel to join the Hanu team.

Responsibilities:
Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish
Work with hiring managers to write and manage job descriptions
Source and attract candidates using social media, job boards, and placement agencies
Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting to grow hanus candidate pipeline
Screen job applications and conduct interviews
Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates during the selection process
Advise and assist staff and management regarding employment standards and legislation, such as workers compensation, labor laws, and regulations, benefits, etc.
