Job Description
OMNI Channel Marketing Manager/ Sales/ Marketing ManagerWe are looking for a Candidate who will be required to work with close collaboration with Sales team to identify new outreach channel and develop OMNI channel Campaign that are targeted to our specific target audience.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and executing a result driven, multi-platform communication strategy and plan in line with Corporate and Brand direction while reflecting local priorities.
Creating and managing all marketing material and collateral in line with brand direction.
Working with Content marketing and design teams to create suitable content for each stage of a customers journey.
Generating engaging content for website, social platforms and Marketing.
Responsibilities will include:

- Create routes for the carts which will sell produce on road
- Create a supply Chain model
- Managing Money collection cycle on ground
- Managing the stock required at each cart and area categorization
- Set Up a team of telecommunication for acquiring customers/ or figure out to outsource it in reasonable rates
Financial and operational Feasibility Reports.
Leading the Trial runs.Web, App management.
Implementation of the model.
We are willing to give 2% of our Equity.
The person will be paid 5% of the total Sales Amount to the maximum of 50k per month as Salary.
