Minimum 1 yr of experience as Education Sales -Business Development mandatory

Minimum 1 yr of experience as Sales / Business Development in Education / Edutech mandatory

IIT/JEE/NEET courses selling experience candidate most welcome

Candidate is responsible to visit students/parents at their place or appointed locations and pitch the courses offered by the company.

Selection Criteria

Education

  • Graduation Degree mandatory
  • E. / B.Tech, MBA, PGDM, will be preferred

Experience

  • Minimum 1 yr of experience as Education Sales -Business Development mandatory
  • Minimum 1 yr of experience as Sales / Business Development in Education / Edutech mandatory
  • IIT/JEE/NEET courses selling experience candidate most welcome
  • Candidate must be comfortable for extensive field work
  • Candidate should be ready for Individual level role.
  • IIT/JEE/NEET courses selling experience with any Edutech company such as Aakash, Allen, Byjus, College Dekho, Embibe, Etoos, FIITJEE, JEE, Meritnation, Meritto, Next Education, Pentagon, Toppr, Unacademy, Thedustore, Vedantu , Unacademy, Akash Digital, FIITJEE, Vidya Mandir Classes ,Upgrad,Whitehat, Camp Kit, Meritnation, Next education etc

Age

  • 20 - 32 yrs

Job Description

  • Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with high volume customers to accomplish organic growth.
  • Communicate company products and services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs.
  • Document and update CRM with daily activities as required.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly goals.
  • Be a self-starter and pro-active; identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure reporting and communications is frequent and bi-directional.
  • Remain knowledgeable about all organizations products and services to facilitate sales efforts.
  • Completing input numbers on a daily basis and taking up revenue responsibility.
  • To research and analyze the customers requirements and present the best solutions.
  • Research key customer wants and needs.
  • There are three rounds for the selection process:
    • Aptitude Test
    • Personal Interview - 1st Round
    • Personal Interview - 2nd Round
