1. Tracking Projects. Working closely with BA, Account Manager and Leads.

2. Metrics & Reporting: To Internal stakeholders and Clients. Deliver accurate strategic reports, documents, Project Road maps, Process Optimization reports, Met Unmet Analysis, resource road map, milestones.

3. Act as singe-point-of contact, played a vital role in bridging the gap between product development, PM and other cross functional teams.

4. Coordinate, assist and sync with leadership team, tech/dev leads in day-to-day operations.

5. Work Plans lay down detailed schedules of activities, milestones, and deliverable of the project team, and identifies the resources available

6. Risk Analysis: Work with PM to lists out potential problems and chances of deviance from the project methodology, the probability of such occurrences, the possible impact, and possible solutions.
