JobDescription:

• 5+ years of experience in Inbound or outbound sales with (Voice Process)
• Developing new concepts and focusing on growth initiatives and retention.
• Develop new strategies for customer retention activities
• Collecting results and contributing to marketing operations and assisting the sales team.
• Respond to customer queries and address service complaints in a timely manner.
• Analyze customer feedback and develop new techniques to ensure customer retention.
• Provide excellent customer services and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Build positive working relationships with customers for repeat businesses.
• Explain customers about new products and benefits
• Candidate with excellent communication skills from similar background will be considered.

Acquisition / Retention Experience : min 3yrs
Overall sales experince : 5yrs
