Job requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience
- Experience as a Business analyst for RPA
1 year of programming experience with an RPA software (Preferable)
An interest in intelligent Process automation, including Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning.
Knowledge of business process modeling and reengineering
Awareness of standard SDLC processes and project management frameworks (e.g., agile, waterfall, etc.) as well as change control disciplines
Ability to blend business analysis with technical skillset to develop efficient processes
Possesses good communication skills with the ability to produce clear, concise documentation and present technical details to a non-technical audience
Process Analysis / RPA Development
Identifies new process opportunities and accurately analyses and estimates new processes, quickly assessing feasibility.
Analyses, understands and documents business processes in detail where required.
Identifies and communicates technical infrastructure requirements.
Designs automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
Configures new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand.
Creates and maintains solution documentation.
Supports existing processes and implements change requirements as part of a structured change control process.
Mentors colleagues through the training and accreditation programs providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
Problem solves issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provides timely responses and solutions as required.
Works within project planning constraints, communicates any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provides inputs to the change control process.
Supports the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
