JD for Software Developer Trainee

Below are the bare minimum requirements for a fresher to have, practically and not just theoretically:
Basic Requirements:
Grip on Core Java (We can look for students who have done their final year project in Java, they will be better than others)
Good grip of writing SQL Queries
Would have worked with Netbeans or Eclipse IDE earlier

Added advantage to choose them over other candidates:
AWT, Swing
JavaScript, asp.net
C and C++

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, Computers, BCA - Computers
