Greetings from Eclerx Service Ltd !!!
We're currently looking for Customer Data Management [CDM] Analyst to add to our talent pool. The CDM analyst will work within our Customer Data Management team to help our client to enrich their customer accounts, create and maintain customer hierarchies, removing of obsolete data etc. The scope of this role also involves contact enrichment and maintenance. The role reports to Process Manager and will be a key influencer of our digital identity.
The ideal candidate must possess strong communication skills, with an ability to listen and comprehend information and share it with all the key stakeholders, highlighting opportunities for improvement and concerns, if any. He/she must be able to work collaboratively with teams to execute tasks within defined timeframes while maintaining high quality standards and superior service levels. The ability to take proactive actions and willingness to take up responsibility beyond the assigned work area is a plus.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Account enrichment, data standardization via research through different sources like internet, specific websites, database etc.
- Creation of Account hierarchies
- Periodic Data quality check and correction
- End to end understanding of Customer onboarding to off boarding cycle
- Email communication with client on request acknowledgment, project status and response on queries
- Provide technical consulting as appropriate and required
TECHNICAL AND FUNCTIONAL SKILLS:
- Engineering/Science Graduates from Electrical, Mechanical OR Electronics stream
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office/ web surfing etc.
- Knowledge of CRM platforms like SFDC, Siebel, NetSuite, Alteryx (data science) tool is an added advantage
PEOPLE SKILLS AND OTHER PERSONALITY TRAITS:
- Good verbal and written communication
- Should have good research and logical skills, ability to learn and attention to detail.
