Job Description
- Great attention to details Engineering (Post Engineering) of Project.
- Knowledge related to Power Distribution Panels, MCC Panels, PLC Panels, APFC Panels, Fire Panels, Control MIMIC Panels etc. Extensive application experience with electrical system design. Working on Standardization of designs & Panel Wiring Drawing.
- Prepared standard Panel wiring drawing of Electrical Panels, DDC Panels, PLC Panel etc. Created wiring designs for automation Panels for HVAC, BMS & EMS Panels for Pharma & Water Applications systems.
- Knowing documentation works related BMS & EMS Project (i.e format of DQ, IQ, OQ). Strong ability to craft cable schedules, wiring diagrams and Single line diagrams for any Types of Control Panels.
- Preparation of Material Requisition Sheet for all Control Panels through ERP System.
- Crafted arrangement of control panel equipment's.
- Designed General Arrangements & full wiring diagrams for all Types of Panels.
- Monitored team members and provided technical support as needed.
- Executed task plans in accordance with production methods. Control Panel Estimation & Quotations (Pre Engineering) of Project.
