Relevant exp as a Quality Analyst with International BPO Exp (Mandatory)
Call auditing , call monitoring
Key Skills : CallMiner, Nexidia, NICE, Verint or other speech analytics
Shift - US Shifts (Rotational)

Some experience with Lean or Six Sigma a plus
