We offer on-the-job training to the candidates from grass root level to a position for managing operations for divisions of Job Role Synopsis:
As a INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ASSOCIATE, you will be involved in various aspects of the business which include Brand Promotion, HR, Leadership, Team Management, and Business Operations. You will also have an opportunity to learn and develop all Management Skills within 12 to 18 months based on your performance. One a candidate are good in all the Management skills, they have opportunity to handle own independent Branch office as Business Head. We will provide you FREE on-the-job training.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As Management Trainee will be getting on the job Training on each and every area of business. There will be level by level learning and promotion.
Stage 1- INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS ASSOCIATE/ Management Trainee: - (1 Month)
As a Business Associate/ Management Trainee we are going to provide Brand promotion and sale training on face to face based. you will in involve face to face brand promotion.
Stage 2 :- TRAINER :- (1-3 Month)
As a Trainer you will be learning How to train and develop New Business Associate for Brand Promotion. Where candidate will have responsibilities to train and develop New Business Associate.
Stage 3 :- EX. CREW LEADER :- ( 6-8 Month)
As Ex. Crew Leader you will be trained Advanced level of Human Resource Management. where you will be Learning Recruitment process and training and development, Team Management, other Leadership and Management qualities.
Stage 4 :- ASST. BUSINESS HEAD :- (8-12 Month)
As Asst. Business Head You will be trained complete Business Operation which includes, Sales , Recruitment, Training and development, Administration, Back end operation and Finance Management. You will be Responsible to handle 12-15 Crew in you team.
Stage 5 :- BUSINESS HEAD :- (12-18 month)
As Business Head you will be given a independent Branch Office to handle it. You will be responsible for complete Business Unit, where you are going to handle End to End Operation of the branch like Recruitment/ Training and Development/ Business Operation/ Finance Management/ Decision Making, Business Expansion etc. Managing at least 15-20 Business Associate, Trainers, Crew Leaders and Ex. Crew Leaders Team together. EVERYONE HAS TO START FROM THE STAGE 1 AND GRADUALLY GOING TO BECOME A BUSINESS HEAD OVER 12 -18 MONTHS TIME BASED ON THERE PERFORMANCE.
