Managing Sales of Loan against Property (LAP) / Affordable Housing Loan.
Sourcing business through open market.
Achieving of ascribed monthly sales target.
Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of LAP programs.
Prospects for new customers through existing leads, referrals, cold calling etc. and maximizing lead generation.
Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, and maintains high level of customer service
Ensure the achievement of given business target.
Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales
Follow up for EMI's

Position open Locations : Chennai , Coimbatore , Ranipet, Arani, Tiruppur, Housur , Sivakasi, Madurai.
