- Managing Sales of Loan against Property (LAP) / Affordable Housing Loan.
- Sourcing business through open market.
- Achieving of ascribed monthly sales target.
- Executing all the Sales planning and overseeing target allocation.
- Responsibilities include the development, preparation and promotion of LAP programs.
- Prospects for new customers through existing leads, referrals, cold calling etc. and maximizing lead generation.
- Meet clients, verify documents, process file for sanction, co-ordinate for disbursement of loan.
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with customers, and maintains high level of customer service
- Ensure the achievement of given business target.
- Aligning with the marketing team on ground lead generation activities for Sales
- Follow up for EMI's
Position open Locations : Chennai , Coimbatore , Ranipet, Arani, Tiruppur, Housur , Sivakasi, Madurai.
