Business System Analyst (BSA)
Job Description:
The BSA role involves the following activities:
Data Management: Creation and Maintenance of ERP data on behalf of the Business from an agreed standard scope of data objects.
User support: Provides first line of support to users on M-ERP; Assist users to resolve issues and to fulfil user request for information.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Service Lead/Manager in accomplishing the following:
1. Effectively communicating with stakeholders
- Creates and maintains master data in SAP according to approved requests, within defined SLAs and complying with Policy/SOP/SWI
- Coordinate master data setup, approvals and validations with relevant parties
4. Ensure data completeness, data quality, compliance to QA, accuracy and consistency of master data across business systems
5. Report risks and issues to Management
6. Deliver User & Business Process Support service activities through:
a. Addressing ERP service incidents and service requests made to the E2E SO by customers
b. Provide consultancy and advice to users on areas of improvement for ways of working and on the appropriate and effective use of ERP.
c. Working with other Shared Services to provide ERP knowledge to resolve business process incidents against defined SLAs and Service Targets.
7. Consistently meet the set KPI and targets
Requirements
1. Graduate in Maths/Science
2. Evidence of experience and knowledge in Data Management and providing 1st line incident support to end users.
3. Evidence of experience and knowledge in one or more ERP functional modules in SAP or other ERP applications
4. Analytical ability to diagnose problems and to develop practical solutions
5. Good communication skills, both interpersonal and presentation
6. Able to interact with and influence individuals
7. Quick learner, motivated team player and customer-focused
8. Demonstrates ownership of assigned responsibilities and seek continuous improvement.
