Great learning caters to the E-learning industry which has the second-largest market in India after the US and the sector is expected to reach US$ 1.96 billion by 2021 with around 9.5 million users.
We are actively looking to hire dynamic quality evaluators strictly with a Sales background.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Listening in on sales calls to ensure excellent customer service and effective product presentation
- Monitor operators product knowledge, ability to handle objections and call closure
- Uses a quality monitoring system to compile and track performance at team and individual level.
- Prepare quality reports for team leaders, managers & leadership teams
- Work on Continual process improvement, therefore, set new process in order to ensure customer satisfaction and internal smooth process
- Coordinates and facilitates call calibration sessions for the sales team.
- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed
- Perform PIP calibration sessions
Open to work in fast pace environment and 6 days (Sunday fixed off)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum 4-8 years experience preferably in EduTech or BPO/ITES industry (Strictly Sales)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Effective listening and comprehension ability is must
