Work well under pressure of organizing and attaining production schedules and timelines

Job Responsibilities -

Achieve personal Sales Quota
Prepare and administer timely Performance Evaluations & Revenue pattern, according to industry standards
Review the daily activities, such as:
Daily Sales report
Forecasted numbers for each Industry
Sales activity & its feedback
Meetings
Appointments
Business Meetings & Tie-up Strategy collaboration
Marketing & Sales Events at regular intervals
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports
Plan and conduct monthly departmental meetings and Daily Sales Meetings (DSM)
Assist in achieving or exceeding budgeted goals in sales, profit and Value Added Services Business through all the segment being earmarked
Plan and execute cost-effective and productive sales trips into assigned territory to improve and increase our penetration of that market
Qualification and solicitation of existing and new accounts through:
Personal visits
Telephone calls
Written correspondence
Participation in promotional events
Participation in industry and community events, as well as trade shows
Travel to industry events and sales calls
Promptly respond (within 24 hours) to all inquiries, prospects, and tentative or definite
Interact with customers during meetings or conventions on the property through:
Personal welcome
Periodic contact
Business Exit interview for referrals
Participation in pre and post-conversion meetings.

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
