It focuses exclusively on assessment and learning outcomes measurement in school education. Its product portfolio comprises of products like Assessment Tools, Teacher Training Programs, E-Learning modules etc. It also conducts large scale benchmarking assessments working closely with government schools, NGOs, etc. The group follows rigorous methods to develop the assessment tools which include in-depth textbook analysis and curriculum mapping, developing and pre-testing test items, getting external experts from the field to comment on the tools before finalizing and implementing the tests. The Company is having Pan India as well as International presence in Europe, USA and in Middle East countries.
Key roles and responsibilities
1. Building simple but discerning questions to check whether the child has really understood
2. Commenting and finalizing questions made by peers to enhance the quality of questions.
3. Validating translated questions and content to enhance the quality of the same.
4. Making standardized test papers for different projects.
5. Analyzing large-scale student response data to figure out how children think and learn.
6. Designing and conducting training and workshops on Assessment Process, Question making, understanding results, and reports, etc.
7. Conduct evaluator training/post analysis workshops throughout the country
Spending considerable time on the field by setting standard processes, doing training for invigilators and helping out with field audit and other relevant implements.
