Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for meeting monthly business volumes and month end budgets
• Responsible for fee income generation
• Achieve cross sell targets, if any
• Ensure KYC compliance
• Follow up with customers for timely payment of interest and principal
• Responsible for safe keeping of gold
• Assist in gold valuation and execution of documents/registers
• Responsible for credit appraisal of loans
• Assist IAD/FCU/Third Party audit teams and provide required support
• Attend gold loan training
• Cater to walk-in customers, address and resolve queries
• Provide remedial tools for loan closure (Foreclosure, settlements etc)
• Conduct marketing campaigns as and when required
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in gold loan products is preferable
• Customer centric, good analytical and persuasion skills
• 12th and Graduation mandatory.
• Diploma not acceptable
• Gold financial institutions are preferable
• Ready to do Sales and field work
  

Location: Chembur, Dapodi, Jalgaon, Kalewadi, Malad, Mira Bhayander, Nanded, Nashik, Nigdi, Samarthnagar, Sion, Solapur, Swargate

Qualification: 12th or Graduation

CTC: Depends on candidature + incentives
