• Should be well versed in Azure cloud
• Experience in monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Application Insights, DataDog
• Well versed in logs analysis of various application, App server,Loadbalancer logs
• Well versed in using Azure portal
• Diagnosis & troubleshooting skills in case of production problems
• Exposure to JIRA service desk, incident management, problem management
