Desired Candidate Profile

Capable of running training for small to large-scale clients, which are the primary responsibilities. The primary responsibility of the trainer is to train users of the organizations products/services at client sites IT & BPO. The trainer will co-ordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, to ensure successful completion of training. Since majority of the trainings happen at the client site, the trainer will need to travel to client locations within his/her work location across various locations in India and abroad. Additionally, should be able to analyses training needs of various clients, basis analysis/key findings and formulate refresher trainings to address those needs. Another secondary responsibility is managing implementations of software products for small to medium clients.
