Job Description

Job Title : Customer Service Representative

Process Category: Customer Service / Lead generation

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers on call received at National inbound helpline for a leading company
Out call customers and assist in resolving their queries

Shift Timing : Day Shift , 9 Hours

Working Days : 6 Days a week

Week Off : Rotational

Job Location : Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Work Experience : Minimum 1 year in any BPO Voice Process

Salary : 25-35 K
