Job Description
Qualification:- Engineering Graduate
15 years of experience out of which at least 5 years of experience in Pharma Industry.
Software Competencies:- MS office
Behavioural Skills:-
1. Good negotiation and leadership skills.
2. Good communication Skill
3. Logical and Analytical thinking
4. Good relationship with vendors and clients.
5. Hard working spirit, can deliver to tight deadlines and workplace pressures.
6. Should have knowledge about customs, import/export and other related procedures. - Good knowledge of Pre and Post shipment export documentation.
7. Should be excellent in coordination and communication.
Roles and Responsibilities:-
1. Purchase of all Project Related capital goods for one of the leading pharmaceutical EPC consultants in India.
2. Finalization of all tender packages, Procurement of Pharma Machinery / Equipment, all capital goods related to Mechanical, Electrical, HVAC etc.
3. Vendor identification, qualification, and evaluation to ensure adequate supplier performance
4. Evaluating and monitor the suppliers at regular intervals and maintain strong relationships with them follow up for timely delivery from Suppliers/ Vendors at client sites
5. Coordinate with project / engineering / legal / accounts / export and logistics departments in their preparation of service terms, agreements, and contracts.
6. Organize communication with suppliers periodically according to the requirements of that category to build durable relationships with suppliers.
7. Resolving vendor or contractor grievances and claims if any.
Competencies:-
1. Good knowledge of Pre and Post shipment export documentation.
2. Well experienced in planning of shipment.
3. Should have knowledge about customs, import/export and other related procedures.
4. Responsible for Export Logistics Pre-shipment & post-shipment export documentations
5. Ability to make effective error free documents
6. Identify risks from the ever-evolving procurement environment, set up and implement a risk mitigation plan to maintain consistent supply levels.
7. Able to benchmark market pricing and negotiate revised terms with the suppliers - Should have excellent negotiation and leadership skills.
