Ensure smooth functioning of the retail outlet as per the standards and processes defined
Track, analyze, and take steps to increase footfalls to ensure monthly sale targets for the store are met
Ensure excellent customer service.
Ensure that the store has the required infrastructure, approvals etc. and maintained as per the norms defined
Monitor receipt, storage and return of items to ensure there is no pilferage or damage
Track and control the store expenses and petty cash to ensure meeting the profitability targets of the store
Ensure support to the marketing team in execution of in-store promotion or loyalty programs
Develop and retain a team of committed people
Managing the inventory in the store, demand forecasting, maintaining aesthetics and hygiene of racks
Train the cashier and helpers in the store
Liaoning with marketing agencies and looking after pamphlet and activation
Customer management including personalization of offers, managing complaints, feedbacks and create wholesome experience
Demonstrate experience and results in sales performance, visual merchandising and leadership
Creating a positive and engaging working environment and ensuring excellent service and operational standards across all store
