We are hiring Fruits & Vegitables Lead QA , Grocery Vertical Hyderabad
JD No Areas Checks
1)Vendor
Oversee implementation and execution as per Flipkart's Quality & Food safety Checklist at Vendor's end2Drive improvement projects to improve vendor Product Quality & Compliances3Perform on-site supplier visits for root cause analysis and verification of corrective actions of supplier quality issues4Serve as the point of contact for escalated events at Vendor's end5Coordinate with vendor & support critical investigations related to customer escalations & ensure CAPA implemented efficiently6Ensure Vendor's site in a state of constant inspection readiness in relation to internal audits, CAPAs and non-conformance7Ensure timely training to vendor team on Flipkart's processes 8
2)FC
Drive improvement projects to improve FC level FnV Inspections9Serve as the point of contact for escalated events at FC Ops end10Prepare and complete action plans , identify and resolve problems; ensure that BAUs are completed11New Product Launch Support new product launches to ensure suppliers are capable of
delivering to the required quality standards12
3) QA Systems
Review documentation of inspection results & FnV specifications across all areas. 13Prepare quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including stability studies, dock & inventory rejection .14Identify areas for improvements based on QA data over time and utilize these reports to improve processes and performance.15Specification Management for entire range of SKUs
Experience: 4.5yrs to 7yrs
Salary:Upto 6.4LPA .
Qualification:BE/Mtechfoodtechnology
Bsc/msc Food technology
Job location: Hyderabad Medhcal Grocery warehouse.
Skills: Should be well versed with QA standards.
Industry: Grocery,F&V,Food from E-commerce domain.
Shifts:Rotational.
