Help the O&M team in monitoring the Performance of the Technicians,

Ensuring the timely MIS reports to all concerns.

Ensuring site wise mapping of the technicians.

Governance for OMEs/SMEs .

Alarm correction and compliance improvement
Preventive Maintenance validation
Closure of TTs from OMEs and SMEs
Understand the causes of network outages, analyse the root cause and identify ways in which these can be reduced
