Desired Candidate Profile

Role Overview:

Successful candidate will be joining a high paced environment in the Dell Services Technologies Offer Support Test Team (OSTT). As a Test Coordinator the candidate will be joining a team of resources dedicated to offering end-to-end testing support across the Services Products portfolio. The team focuses on preparation and readiness activities to ensure all new Services offers with Technology enablement can be tested and validated for a successful launch from the perspective of the customer.

Role Responsibilities -

Working directly with OSTT Director & Manager to coordinate day-to-day activities, providing prioritization, and direction for India based OSTT Testers.
Serving as point of contact during IST hours for OSTT escalations.
Representing OSTT Director/Manager in meetings scheduled during IST hours for Offer Support
Creation of Test Scripts in support of new and existing Services Offers
Creating and executing end-to-end system validation testing.

Education:

UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
