Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Travel from Rupeek location to customer's home or work place for the loan process * Introduce and explain Rupeek policies and process to the customer, answer any questions or concerns from the customer * Complete the KYC process as per Bank requirements * Appraise the gold ornaments accurately using touchstone, acid and salt water * Handle gold ornaments carefully * Pack the ornaments in secure storage pouches * Communicate the eligible loan amount to the customer * Execute the pledge card/loan agreement with the customer * Ensure customer has received the loan amount transferred * Return to Rupeek location and handover the secure storage pouches and loan documents for storage
