Job Description
Designation to be offered: Senior Accounts Executive
Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 3-7 years in Account Payable
Working Days: 5 days (2 Alternative Saturday working)
Job Description for AP profile
- 1Assemble, review and verify invoices with POs, GRN and check Approvals. Flag and clarify any unusual or questionable invoice items or prices with the vendors or procurement team.
- Check applicability of TDS and eligibility of GST Input credit on the invoices.
- Ensure that the Invoice is correctly Entered and uploaded into the system.
- Set up invoices for payment and update the same in cashflow statement.
- Process payments and ensure payment entry is posted into the system.
- Share payment advice with the user Department and concerned center Accountant.
- Exposure of Foreign Currency transactions.
- Track expenses and process expense reports.
- Provide Expense Projections and share variation analysis
- Keep a track on Advance payments
- Reconcile the vendors ledgers and arrange the balance confirmations on timely basis.
- Prepare the ageing of vendors/services providers on monthly/weekly basis.
- Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
- Ensure Monthly book closing and making necessary provisions
- Provide supporting documentation for audits (Internal or Statutory).
- Prepare various MIS reports and shared with the management in timely basis.
- Ensure all the invoices raised to the customers are properly booked in the accounting system and same in captured in the MIS reports.
- Follow ups with the merchant bankers/debtors to ensure the smooth collection of receivables as per pre-defined timelines and their proper reconciliation.
