Job:

• Quality Control through Tele-Verification of Loan Applicants
• Work From Home (Day Shift Only)

Basic Requirements:

• Soft spoken
• Fluency of speech in local language is mandatory (Hindi, Bengali, Kannada, Telugu, Marathi, Tamil, Assamese, Oriya etc.).
• Basic English Skills Read & Write required to write brief comments.
• Having own desktop/laptop and internet connection mandatory

Qualification & Experience:

• Graduate/10+2 with 0 to 3 years of experience in lending, microcredit, insurance, banking or in relevant industry
• Freshers are welcome to apply

Key Job Responsibilities:

• Scenario:
• Street Vendors loan application of Rs. 10000/- under PM SVANidhi Scheme.
• List of Customers & References & their contact numbers & data points would be provided in software
• Calling Software would be installed in laptop or desktop
• Calls would be recorded for data quality monitoring
• QC Team Member:
• To call Customer & References given by Customer and cross-check data captured for loan applied
• Confirm customer data provided for loan application

Remuneration:

CTC 12000 to 15000 per month

Fixed: 5250 + Internet Data: 500 + Incentives per call.Roles and Responsibilities
