Designation : AGENCY MANAGER / SENIOR AGENCY MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities :
Candidate should essentially have on field experience in collections/sales/marketing.
Responsible for motivating, training, mentoring to team.
Initially they need to visit some customers along with their agents.
Get the sales done through them.
Need to solve agents query & motivate them.
They need to hire the advisors and agents on commission basis.
Need to generate business through agents.

Desired Candidate Profile :

Graduation is Must.

Local candidates required.

Age : 22 years to 30 years Max.

Insurance experience is must.

Salary : 1.80 LPA to 3.90 LPA + Incentives + Travelling Allowances + Health Insurance (Depending upon the locations CTC would be Offered)
