Greetings!
We are immediate hiring for Project Manager positing for Top Hardware and Networking Company. Please find the details as mentioned below -
Location : Andheri-East, Mumbai
Position : Project Manager
Full Time : 10 am to 7 pm
Experience Desired : 5-10 yrs of work experience in core Project Handling, Management, Team Handling, Team Management with below products :
Products- CCTV, Access Control, Biometric, Public Address, Boom Barrier etc. All physical security electronic low voltage products (Installation, commissioning, documentation)
General Overview : Project manager is responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, executive, control and completion of project, while remaining aligned with strategy, commitments and goals of the organization.
Responsibilities :
- Plan and implement projects
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverable
- Define tasks and required resources
- Collect and manage project team
- Manage budget
- Allocate project resources
- Create schedule and project timeline
- Track deliverable
- Support and direct team
- Lead quality assurance
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of project
Education Requirement:
Project management qualification (PMP) certificate must or equivalent
Diploma holder or Any Graduate with above experience also apply.
Skills Must :
Theoretical and practical Project Management knowledge
Knowledge of Techniques and Tools
Experience as a Project Manager
Experience in Strategic, Planning, Risk Management and/or Change Management
Proficiency in Project Management Software Tools
Competencies :

- Excellent decision-making and leadership capabilities
- Contract negotiation
- Conflict resolution experience
- Adaptability
- Able to tolerate stress
