Preferred Experience: 3 to 8 years
Job Location: Pune (preferred) / Mumbai
Summary of position:
The Software Engineer will work directly with the Founders and be part of the core team (team of three including Founders) of Quebe, flagship product from Quartgen Solution Pvt. Ltd. The selected candidate will work with the founders to redesign existing software for enhancements, develop new functions and assist in customer engagements.
About the product:
Quebe is the worlds first AI-powered Workforce Orchestration engine developed for a human-only, robot-only or hybrid workforce. The product has a patent-pending functionality and was conceived in 2017 by an NIT + IIM alumni and Chartered Accountant, both working in leadership positions with leading multinationals at the time. Quebes beta version is ready for rollout and pilots with customers will be initiated soon. The selected candidate will have a great opportunity to work directly with the founders and be part of an exciting product journey.
Must-have Skills: C#.NET, WCF, WPF, Windows Services, Web Services, SQL & Entity Framework
Duties and Responsibility:
This position will be mainly responsible for following:
1. Will need to convert algorithms into well-designed, testable, efficient and scalable code. Algorithms will be logical/mathematical in nature and in-depth understanding of the algorithms will be provided
2. Will need to understand the code for the Quebes existing version and build on it.
3. Will need to understand and analyse requirements, determine operational feasibility and produce an implementation roadmap.
4. Will need to Troubleshoot, Debug and upgrade existing versions.
5. Will be responsible for executing the full lifecycle of software development.
6. Should be flexible, willing to learn, open to solving problems, travel and willing to work in a high-paced start-up environment.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate for the position will have experience and expertise in following areas:
1. Four to eight years of coding experience in .NET application development using C#, WCF & SQL.
2. Experience in building Windows/Web services and Entity Frameworks.
3. Proficiency in WPF, MVVM, MVC.
4. Proficiency in SQL development mainly on Microsoft SQL database platform.
5. Complete understanding of application development life cycle.
6. Ability to independently work on projects and finish them within time and budget.
7. Ability to accurately collect requirements and estimating the efforts involved.
