8 to 10 years of Experience in Software Industry
Should have experience in Application Development in Oracle Service Cloud and Application support for Oracle Service Cloud
Very good knowledge in Oracle Service cloud
Ability Analyze the business problem and should convert into business requirements
Develop business strategies to Successfully plan and execute the project
Should assist in project design, development, UAT and implementation activities
Experience in developing business solutions to achieve cost effectiveness, productivity and quality
