Job Description
We are looking for Compensation & Benefit Specialist for to take a role in Celebi INDIA under Human Resources Shared Services who will be responsible conducting all payroll activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Processing monthly payroll on SAP as an end user
- SAP HCM experience of at least 5-8 E2E implementation
- All sub modules of HCM with extensive experience in India Payroll along with Time Management.
- Good hands-on experience on India Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration and Organization Management Modules.
- Good knowledge of Statutory compliance and TDS.
- Must have able to do end to end implementation from its own without any help
- Managing payroll aspects of new joiners and leavers
- Administration of payroll related compliance schemes
- Administration of benefits payments
- Filing of payroll related paperwork
- Working closely with HR team
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Minimum 5 years experience in the payroll function
2. Have a good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook
3. Must experience in SAP
4. Can work to tight deadlines under pressure
5. Have excellent organisational and communication skills
6. Have strong numerical skills with excellent accuracy and attention to detail
7. Have a good understanding of the India compliance related with Payroll ( ESIC,PF,Income Tax,
Professional Tax)
8. Demonstrate complete discretion and confidentiality
