THE POSITION:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide input to establishing program objectives; timelines; milestones; and budgets.
- Monitor and ensure alignment of project direction and expectations of senior business leaders to ensure the product or processes meet business, customer, and patient needs.
- Navigate multifactorial problems that arise; requiring detailed information gathering;
- analysis, and investigation to understand; communicate, and recommend solution
challenges. - Direct activities for multiple work-stream teams through managing project plans; resourcing, status reporting, resolving issues, identifying project risks; and accountability for deliverables across multiple functional organizations.
- Establish meaningful metrics to measure and communicate project progress and quality.
- Provide critical leadership to ensure overall quality of project planning and execution, while minimizing and mitigating project risks.
- Meet business deliverables defined by the Product Development Process.
- Set clear direction and management that aligns with defined practices and policies.
- Modify and adapt program management processes to fit project needs and improve operational efficiency.
- Communicate and lead meeting with project team and stakeholders, including briefings to higher level management team.
- Draw upon engineering experience and exercise judgement on technical actions.
- Coach team members to ensure effective team dynamics, collaboration, and mutual
- accountability.
- Conduct project design reviews / Change Control Boards (CCB) in order to ensure that the
sub-system could be implemented in an optimized way; Decision making. - Oversee supply chain for manufacturing and after sales service of devices.
Skills and Qualifications:
- BE / M Tech. / MBA graduates with at least 2 years of management experience
- Medical device experience preferred.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations and MDD/MDR regulations preferred.
- Strong Project Manager extremely good at communication skills able to manage multiple stake holders across time zones / regions.
- Having good understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Experience in multi disciplines of Software / Firmware / Mechanical / Electrical / Quality Regulatory.
- PMP certification is preferred.
