The responsibilities will include the following:
- Deliver all programs for the organization (Domain, Leadership, Soft skill, Behavioral)
- Work with vendors for delivery and facilitate delivery based on the need.
- Take ownership of delivery feedback and incorporate changes based on the need.
- Use world class methodologies and pedagogy for delivery.
- Participate in incorporating changes, giving necessary feedback to the design team to improve content and storyboarding
- Work with the design and operations team and build a strong cohesive unit.
- Work with business and get a deep understanding of the needs of the organization.
- Give inputs in measuring and assessing staff training needs.
- Embrace efficiency.
- This role will oversee the onboarding process administration through the LMS system
- This role will also be responsible for transitioning L&D work processes that can be centralized and automated out of the respective functions.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Certification in psychometry and other delivery certifications will be a plus.
- 5-6 years of experience in similar role.
- Any bachelors or master's degree. Degrees in learning and HR would be a plus.
- Excellent creative writing capabilities
