Job Description
Requirements:
- BS. in Computer Science, Computer Engineering
- 3 - 5 years of professional work experience in Public Cloud operations or enterprise-sized environments
- Experience with Public Cloud PaaSSaaS solutions such as App Services, App Insights, Storage Accounts, Resource Groups, and monitoring tools, EC2, S3,route53, IAM
- A moderate-to-advanced understanding of the infrastructure components and offerings of Public Cloud ie. Microsoft Azure; Amazon Web Services.
- Functional knowledge of cloud native tools
- Strong cloud system administration skillsets, VMs (windowslinux), Systems ManagerAutomation, log analytics, KQL, Cost ManagementCost and Usage reports, License ManagerInventory
- Light-to-moderate scripting and programming skills which may be required for automating some of the tasks in the future - VBA, Python, Java, Shell scripting, PowerShell
- ITIL, Lean Six Sigma andor Continuous improvement understanding
- A moderate-to-advanced understanding of SOC2, Ethical Hacking, Penetration testingcode scanning Specifically with MicroFocus suite, Environmentally assessments (EA)
- General knowledge of designing and implementing reporting dashboards aimed to gather and present information to leadership, and other stakeholders.
- Identifying future optimization opportunities
- Mandatory bilingual proficiency (Spanish English)
- Willingness to participate in an on-call rotation as required
