Job Description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Develop and grow RIS business through Direct Sales team based at identified locations and high potential industrial areas.
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  • Responsible for planning and maintaining work systems, procedures, and policies that enable and encourage the optimum performance of Sales/ Account Team and other resources within a business unit.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Mentor and support Sales team at respective locations on RIS products, services and solutions
  • Drive the RIS strategies for growing the Major Account, PSU, SMB etc. business at respective branch locations.
  • Engage local Sales team for interfacing with CXO levels of identified A/cs and propose thro Solutions approach
  • Engage with customers and improve CXO level relationship thro Customer Meets involving IMPL senior management.
  • Engage with cross-functional team/ departments in IMPL to provide required support to Sales/ Account Team.
  • Update & improve CRM information including competition information, to enable deeper farming of Customer a/c.
  • Share vision of Customer a/c (growth plans), to enable IMPL to improve their offerings, in line with Customers future requirement.
  • Implement guidelines on various Sales support programmes like SFA cum CRM, Non-IMPL Account penetration, Basic systems & processes, Customer communication etc.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly activity and performance reports, as per defined schedule.

Industry Preference

Exposure of working in or handling Large Commercial, SMB, PSU accounts of various industries (BFSI, Automobile, Pharma, IT etc.) for at least 3-5 years

Core Competency

  • Experience in interacting and developing relationship with CXO level
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good Team player with skills to manage and motivate team towards meeting given objective/ task.
  • Good Analytical and problem solving skills to address Customer issues effectively.
  • Good Concept selling skills with strong Presentation skill sets using power point & other relevant IT applications.
  • Keen financial acumen to understand the financial impact of decisions on Customers & IMPL.
  • Should possess positive attitude, initiative and an ability to maximize Customer Satisfaction.
  • Highly results driven, comfortable working in a fast moving and multi tasking environment.
  • Should be able to support team in objection handling and negotiation for large/ complex deals
