Shift Timings - 6.30 PM to 3.30 AM (US Shift Timings) 


Job Responsibilities : 

• Trusted with charge of Reconciliation of fails report at the very beginning of Transition of process. Learned from client and successfully stabilized the same.
• With a team of 4 people in Reconciliation of Trade/Cash Breaks including me have migrated the process within 12 weeks of time as per the client norms. 
• Booking of Daily Margin Call and also settlement of monthly Interest. 
• Work on reducing the market risk or any margin dispute occurring by matching trades and therefore improving matching percentage. 
• Follow up with the involved parties to resolve the breaks & escalate whenever it is necessary. 
• The detailed knowledge of tools like TLM and Cash break manager. 
• Investigation & reconciliation of disputed calls and outstanding funds. 
• Investigation of monthly Interest Discrepancies and getting those fixed. 
• Drafting and sending the daily, weekly & monthly reports to the Higher Authority. 
• Sending the MIS for daily count of resolution of Cash breaks & No of fails actioned. 
• Swing of funds if required. 
• Good at handling Client Queries and getting those resolved within stipulated time. 
• Liaising with Client, Onshore team. 
• Group & personal mailbox monitoring at regular intervals ensuring no mail is missed

Good to have: 

• Team Lead experience of handling a team of around 10-15 people
• MS Office Knowledge 
• knowledge of Technology - Tri Optima, Monet, CBM and Acadia.
