Job Description

Job Role: Service Delivery Manager EMEA - CMMI Level 5 Company

Work location - UK

Experience: 8+ years

Salary GBP 75K Fixed + 10K Bonus + Holiday benefits (Per Annum Full Time Role)

Responsibilities:


The incumbent will be responsible for overall Service Delivery for the EMEA geography and should have exposure on diverse technical skills. Below is the broad list of responsibilities of the position:


1. Service Delivery:

a. Ensure effective service delivery services by collaborating with customer, sales, delivery and other Espire teams at onshore and offshore

b. Ensure compliance on raising proactive risk or issue with delivery team and suggest mitigation.

c. Improve Customer Satisfaction index and handle client escalation on time in an effective manner

d. Adhere compliance towards Clients goal as identified/ agreed/ monitored

e. Ensure booking and billing of revenue on its part as entrusted by the company


2. Presales

a. Provide smooth presales activities while collaborating with sales, delivery and other Espire teams, including but not limited to solution architecting, presales, client interaction, internal meetings, proposal creation.

b. Involve in customer interactions, solutioning, technical discussions, scoping & collaboration with Global delivery and support teams

c. Provide solutioning assistance to offshore presales team to ensure completion of proposal on time and with quality

d. Present Espire estimates for projects directly to the clients, based on specifications provided by the clients.


The desired candidate must have:

  • 10+ years of IT experience in Presales, Solutioning and Service delivery with around 5 years in the EMEA region
  • Technical experience on either Application Management (including Content management) or platform. Exposure of technologies like MS Dot net, Sitecore, Umbraco/Quadient, Opentext Exstream, Streamserve, Kofax/Analytics/Integration/Cloud/RPA, Middleware
  • Prior project management & solutioning experience using offshore model and ensuring quality deliverables
  • Good understanding of various Engagement & financial models
  • Managed mid to large size client engagement for different services
  • Revenue & Growth oriented mindset
  • Passion to read and learn about new technology trends and bring them to practice.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), presentation and client facing skills
