Desired Candidate Profile

This is a Trainer/Faculty profile and the candidate should be ready to work dedicatedly as a Trainer as there will be no Development or Programming work.
Should have a strong knowledge in Core Java and Advance Java.
Needs to train in house students, beginners and professionals on Core Java & Advance Java.
Needs to visit different colleges and universities for providing seminars, workshops and training to students on Core Java and Advance Java.
Designing and expanding training and development programmes based on the needs of the individual and the organization.
Develop easy to understand examples on the topics and ability to learn and prepare PowerPoint slides in short duration.
Should be willing to travel to other cities anywhere in India for training delivery as and when required by the company.
Must be presentable and smart and should have good communication skills.
Should have a pleasing personality and good knowledge on other IT technology.
Should be quick learner and willing to learn new technologies.
