We are hiring for Relationship manager for a Leading E commerce Company.

Job Location : Across Andhra Pradesh.

Designation : Relationship Manager ( FEMALE ONLY)

1. Maintain good relationships with clients so that the business can maximize the value of those
relationships

2. Identify key contacts at potential client companies to establish and foster relationships

3. Participate in one-on-one meetings with clients to explain services to guide their choices

4. Understand the problems and challenges of clients and identify ways the business could
better address those needs

5. Grow the business by identifying new sales and business development opportunities

6. Seek opportunities to cross-sell or upsell to existing clients

7. Monitor and assess the activities of our competitors to proactively satisfy and retain our
clients

8. Provide excellent service to maintain a positive reputation for the business

9. Resolve any customer complaints promptly and professionally

10. Set revenue targets and develop and execute a strategy to meet them.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Experience in customer retention and providing solutions based on customer needs.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
5. Only female candidates are eligible.
6. Candidates from Airlines/Aviation Industry are preferred.
