Senior Developer will be responsible for the design, development, and implementation of .Net applications. The candidate will work as part of a software development team.
Experience: 6 -8 years
Responsibilities
Programming to deliver high quality software applications.
Responsible for the quality and completeness of assignments, including development, bug fixing, documentation, and general product maintenance.
Taking technical ownership of own deliveries.
Should adhere to delivery schedules.
Strong work ethics.
Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelors in computer science or related field.
At least 6-8 years of development experience in .NET applications and working in agile environment.
Expert knowledge of Object Oriented Programming and design patterns.
Expert knowledge of C#, VB.net, .NET platform, ASP.NET MVC, JSON, Web API, JavaScript and/or jQuery, HTML/DOM/CSS
REST and SOAP web services, with good hands on experience on API development
Understanding of Agile methodologies (for both projects)
Experience with database design and implementation.
Updated with latest technologies
Uses best practices
Possesses Enterprise development experience.
Additional Skills
Good communication skills.
Airline industry domain knowledge (preferred)
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Experience of maintaining, extending, and amending existing software as well as creating new applications
Knowledge of DCS/PSS domain
Familiarity with Oracle
